Claudia always felt the most home in a kitchen. From the youngest age she was absorbing all the traditional Italian recipes her family practised. The pasta-making was always her favourite. After decades of professional art-making she kept returning to her love of food, hospitality and conviviality, in particular, making fresh pasta for others. With her life partner, Sergio, they dove into the world of pasta-making and opened ETNA PASTIFICIO in August 2021.
At ETNA, we specialize in bronze-die extruded and hand-made shapes using the best and locally sourced ingredients.
